indeed only YOU
can undo
what we've become

is so fragile
blanketed in gloom

Light of this world
bring us back
to that place

The place of forgiveness
and grace
we need You
Let us not forget that

You are sovereign

Have the trees in the garden
ever thought to themselves
"I need to find ways to grow"
or "will i bear fruits?"

Have the trees
ever thought to themselves
"where do I want to plant myself"
"the fruits I want to produce"

Have the trees
ever thought to themselves
which birds to invite
to take shelter underneath them

The trees
were planted by the Master
the water they need
were provided by the Master

All the tree need to do
is to root itself deeper
and get its nutrients
from the soil

The soil (Word of God)
Was given by the Master
its purpose is for the trees to be
rooted and not wavered

Where the tree is
going to be planted
is all planned
by the Master

Which birds
the tree will meet
are directed
by the Master

Does the tree know
the full size it can grow to?
or what kind of fruits it will bear?
no

But the Master knows
The kind of seed
the season to plant / pruning
the weather it can stand

the amount of sunlight
the fruits/ flowers it will bear
the beauty of it
everything it will ever need

He's the creator of it all
Trees,
stand still
and glorify His name
