Compassionate
Glorious Almighty

You sent Your children
as lights in the midst of darkness
bringing the good news
in the midst of hopelessness

O Lord
Jonah went thru this
he ran away for he knows
that You're compassionate, merciful God

You will still forgive them
no matter how evil
no matter how many times
they broke Your heart

This heart is grieved...
why don't You just wipe them out
the people who rejected You
and persecuted Your children

Lord
You delayed Your coming
waiting for these people
for You want none to perish

Your love is so deep
I know i will never fully grasp
Your love, Your mercy
Your faithfulness..
